Our Custom Design Process
1. Share Your Idea
Send us your preferred design, reference images, measurements, budget, and desired delivery date.
Reference images are used for inspiration. We do not reproduce protected designs or another brand’s work exactly.
2. Design Consultation
Our team will review your requirements and recommend suitable stone, metal, setting, and design options.
3. Quote and Confirmation
You will receive the available specifications, estimated price, and production timeline. Production begins after the final details and payment are confirmed.
4. Design Approval
For applicable projects, we may provide a digital design or CAD preview. Please review all measurements, spellings, stone details, and design elements carefully before approving it.
5. Crafting and Quality Inspection
After approval, skilled artisans will craft, set, polish, and inspect your jewelry before dispatch.
6. Secure Delivery
Once your piece is ready, it will be securely packaged and shipped. Tracking information will be shared after dispatch.

Production Timeline
Custom jewelry generally requires approximately 10–15 business days after final design approval. Complex designs may take longer.
Shipping time is additional. We recommend contacting us well in advance if your jewelry is required for a specific date.
Custom-Order Policy
Custom-made and personalized pieces are created specifically for you and are therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation after production has started.
If your custom piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved specifications, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
