At ERYNE DIAMONDS, each piece is carefully handcrafted and made to order.
Processing Time:
Orders are usually prepared within 7–10 business days. Custom or personalized designs may require additional time.
Worldwide Shipping:
We ship worldwide, excluding India. All orders are securely packaged and shipped with tracking.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
Delivery estimates begin after the order has been dispatched. Delays caused by customs, holidays, weather, or the shipping carrier are beyond our control.
Customs Duties and Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking:
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address:
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if a correction is required. We cannot change the address after an order has been dispatched.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact us promptly with your order number. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
