Are your jewelry pieces made from real solid gold?
Yes. Our jewelry is crafted in real solid gold, with available options such as 10K, 14K, and 18K gold. Depending on the design, you can select yellow gold, white gold, or rose gold.
Is your jewelry made to order?
Most Eryne Diamonds jewelry is made to order. Each piece is carefully crafted, inspected, and securely packaged before dispatch.
Can I customize a jewelry design?
Yes. Customization may be available for:
- Diamond shape and carat weight
- Gold purity and color
- Ring size
- Engraving
- Chain length
- Design modifications

How do I select the correct ring size?
Please refer to our Ring Size Guide before placing your order. We recommend having your finger professionally measured by a local jeweler for the most accurate fit.
Will my jewelry look exactly like the photographs?
We make every effort to represent our jewelry accurately. Slight variations may occur because of screen settings, lighting, photography, stone characteristics, and the handmade nature of each piece.
Diamonds & Certification
What type of diamonds do you offer?
Depending on the product, we may offer lab grown diamonds, natural diamonds, or other gemstones. The diamond type will always be clearly mentioned on the individual product page.
Are your diamonds certified?
Certification depends on the diamond and design selected. Eligible solitaire center diamonds may include an IGI or another recognized laboratory certificate.
Small accent diamonds and multi stone jewelry generally do not include separate certificates for each stone. Please check the product description or contact us before ordering.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds. Their primary difference is their origin.
Will each diamond look identical?
Every diamond is unique. Minor variations in measurements, proportions, and appearance may occur while remaining within the quality specifications shown on the product page.
Production & Shipping
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Most orders require approximately 7–10 business days for crafting and quality inspection. Custom or highly detailed jewelry may require additional time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping to many destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and European countries. Available shipping options will appear at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- United States: 5–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–8 business days
- Canada: 6–10 business days
- Australia: 6–10 business days
- Europe: 6–10 business days
- Other locations: 7–15 business days
These estimates exclude production time, weekends, holidays, customs inspections, and courier delays.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your courier details and tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are generally not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.
Please contact us and receive return instructions before sending an item back.
Can customized jewelry be returned?
Custom-made, personalized, engraved, resized, and specially commissioned jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible, especially for custom or made-to-order jewelry.
How long does a refund take?
After your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. It may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number, clear photographs of the item and packaging, and an unboxing video if available.
Jewelry Care
How should I care for my jewelry?
- Store each piece separately in a soft jewelry pouch or box
- Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, hairspray, and harsh chemicals
- Remove jewelry before swimming, exercising, showering, or sleeping
- Clean it gently with a soft, lint free cloth
- Have fine jewelry professionally inspected when necessary
Can white gold change color over time?
White gold is commonly finished with rhodium plating, which may gradually wear with regular use. Periodic professional replating can restore its bright white appearance.
