All custom jewelry pieces are made specifically to order and are non refundable. We reserve the right to retain and sell custom designs. In the rare event that you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly remake the piece for you.

Yes. Our jewelry is crafted in 10K, 14K, or 18K solid gold and is available with natural or lab-grown diamonds. Complete specifications are provided on each product page.
2. Do you offer customized jewelry?
Yes. We offer customization for gold color, diamond shape, carat weight, ring size, chain length, engraving, and other design details. Please contact us before ordering.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
Made-to-order jewelry usually requires 7–14 business days for production. International delivery generally takes an additional 5–12 business days. Tracking details will be provided after dispatch.

- Remove it before swimming, bathing, exercising, sleeping, or doing household work.
- Gently clean it with a soft, lint-free cloth and store it separately in a jewelry box or pouch to prevent scratches.
Shipping and Returns
- Made to order jewelry is usually prepared within 7–14 business days. International delivery generally takes an additional 5–12 business days, and tracking information is provided after dispatch.
- Eligible non customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn, undamaged, and original condition.
- Customized, engraved, resized, and personalized jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange unless it arrives damaged or differs from the confirmed order details.
